EDIT:  According to this online dictionary, it's another word for the same thing? But I'd still never heard it before.

FURTHER EDIT:  I can't add another poll to this post, but do you use "adaption", "adaptation", or both?  And if both, do you think they have different meanings?

 The other day, on Facebook, I got the notification in my live feed that one of my friends joined the group "I say dude right before I say something moderately important" and I was like "OMG! THAT"S ME!  WHY DID I NEVER PUT THAT ON MY LIST!"

Bleh, I have absolutely zero motivation to study Japanese.  Plenty of reasons, but zero motivation.  What is wrong with me?  You'd think living in the country would force me to study, but god I just can't do it.  I really need to find a teacher and take honest to goodness lessons.  That will be my goal for the month.
